Lusk Albertson Responds to Demand for Innovative, Strategic Legal Counsel Across the State
Lusk Albertson announced today that it is expanding its geographic reach by opening a new office in downtown Grand Rapids.
As educators are faced with increasingly complex legal issues inside and outside the classroom, the need for thoughtful legal counsel in school districts has never been greater. The attorneys at Lusk Albertson, who work exclusively with educational entities, have seen enhanced demand for their services.
“Our firm is growing. Our expansion to Grand Rapids is a direct response to heightened interest in our approach to providing strategic legal counsel, driven by common sense solutions,” said Robert A. Lusk, CEO, Lusk Albertson. “Our firm is committed to offering on-the-ground support to help districts in every corner of the State achieve their mission of delivering the highest quality education possible to their students,” he added.
Offering greater access to firm attorneys to both current and prospective clients was a key motivator for the firm’s expansion.
“Technology is certainly an asset in working with our clients, but we believe there is no substitute for personal contact. Our new office in Grand Rapids offers increased opportunity for in-person counsel with clients and prospective clients across Michigan,” said Kevin T. Sutton, Partner, Lusk Albertson. “We are extremely excited to be able to provide districts, especially those on the west side of the State, with access to our expertise and experience.”
Located at 124 E. Fulton St. in Grand Rapids’ central business district, the law firm will occupy space in the historic Loraine Building. Lusk Albertson will also retain its current location at 409 E. Jefferson Ave. in Detroit.
